There are approximately 54000 Public schools in Pakistan including Primary, Middle and high schools. In which 4820 schools are having IT labs. Elearn. Punjab has digitized the manual books. This digital content consist of many more things not just text and images. Animations, Simulations, Videos, e.assessments, games are added with topics so that student can easily understand and clear his/her concepts. It has also made it possible to have this content offline. So, Elearn.punjab aims to deploy offline content at servers of these IT Labs through their Trainers. Offline content is having digitized books from calls 6th ,7th ,8th (math’s and Science) to 9th ,10th (chemistry, Biology, Physics, Math’s).

eLearn.punjab with the help of EDO team deployed it’s offline version in 249 public schools of Lahore. This all process gone through a great effort by the team of eLearn.punjab. 20 trainers visited 249 public schools from dates 5th November to 13th of December; each school visited for two days.

Day 1: At the first day of each schools Trainer arrange a training session for the Teachers of schools and give them orientation about eLearning and eLearn.punjab & deploy offline content in all 16 systems provided by the Punjab Government.
Day 2: At second day trainer teach two softwares to students having Computer, Laptops, and smartphone available at their houses. Artrage & Scratch.

This offline content can be used by every student of public schools. Teachers have to play most important role they will teach to students the use of this offline content available in their IT labs. 249 Public schools have completed successfully.
